You'll collaborate closely with a diverse group of engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists. Together, you will create and implement strategies that speed up growth across our most visited platforms — Creative Cloud Home and Creative Cloud Desktop. Responsibilities Develop and lead a robust growth product roadmap committed to user acquisition and monetization — driving continuous improvement across B2C surfaces Lead the ideation, development, and launch of features that drive paid expansion, including add-on upsell and cross-sell experiences Analyze product metrics and user feedback to find opportunities and optimize performance Drive alignment and communication with partners across functions with growing and competing demands Conduct user research to understand customer needs and conversion barriers Define and track critical metrics for growth initiatives, including feature adoption and cohort analysis Balance rapid experimentation with high-quality, scalable product experiences What You'll Need to Succeed Startup mentality — breaks down complex problems, builds systems, and ships Bias toward action — drives initiatives from vision to execution, including the details Deep B2C customer empathy and relentless curiosity Evidence-based instincts — feature adoption, cohort analysis, A/B testing Technical proficiency — can run campaigns independently and partner effectively with engineering Cross-functional partnership builder across functions and geographies Strong communicator with the org skills to balance multiple priorities Passion for user-centric products and the creative space 5+ years in product management, ideally in growth, SaaS, or B2C subscription Bachelor's required, MBA or equivalent experience preferred Get to Know the Team Adobe's Digital Media Business Unit focuses on advancing innovative content and driving digital transformation across industries. Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,800 -- $239,725 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
