RREQUIRED

• 8+ yrs product management (emerging tech products)
• 2+ yrs AI architecture for datacenters or ondevice
• Flash memory, 3D stacking, TSV architectures
• NAND-based high-bandwidth architectures

TAM/SAM/SOM

modeling, pricing strategy, ROI analysis

• MRD/PRD writing & multi-year product roadmap ownership
• Cross-functional leadership (ASIC, firmware, supply chain)

PREFERRED

• Customer-facing experience with hyperscalers (NVIDIA, AMD)
• AI inference & KV-cache architecture knowledge
• AI software stack familiarity
• Executive-level presentation experience TGIT01
