This role is ideal for someone who's ready to take increasing ownership of key product areas, move thoughtfully with data, and help shape how consumers access fair, competitive lending options. Sitting at the intersection of growth, product, and fintech, this role carries real responsibility for conversion, lead quality, and lender outcomes—with the autonomy to test, learn, and ship quickly while driving meaningful revenue impact. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in driving product strategy and execution across user acquisition, qualification, routing, and lender performance—balancing growth, monetization, and compliance. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, data, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact product improvements that increase conversion, lead quality, and partner value.

Key Responsibilities Product:

Participate in developing product strategy and roadmap for lead generation flows, from traffic intake to lender delivery Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, revenue metrics, and lead quality to drive optimization Lead experimentation efforts (A/B testing) across forms, qualification logic, routing rules, and UX Partner closely with marketing and growth teams to improve traffic monetization and user experience Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to lending and data privacy regulations (e.g., FCRA, consent, disclosures) Track and report on product performance using clear KPIs and dashboards Technical Literacy Strong technical literacy is essential to succeed in a fast-moving fintech environment. You should be comfortable working with engineering to scope and sequence work realistically, understanding how data and decisions flow through the system—from user input to partner delivery. Examples of technical areas you'll work closely with:

APIs & Integrations:

Understanding how we send and receive data from lenders, financial partners, and third-party vendors

Data & Analytics:

Reading dashboards, defining events, and using tools like

SQL, GA4

to evaluate performance

Experimentation:

A/B testing, feature flags, and rollout strategies

Routing & Decision Logic:

How users or leads are qualified, scored, and routed based on rules or models

Fraud & Risk Signals:

Basic concepts like velocity checks, duplicate detection, bot traffic, identity verification, and anomaly detection

Frontend Flows:

Forms, validation, consent, disclosures, and UX tradeoffs Required Qualifications 3 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech (neo-bank), lending, or ad/lead-tech Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools Experience working with APIs and third-party partners Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel/Sheet; SQL) Experience running experiments and using data to inform decisions Excellent communication and management skills

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
