Major Responsibilities:
Follow up and update customer on product development status Communicate with domestic and international vendors on daily basis as needed Ensures sample requests, receipts and hand-offs of all samples meet calendar requirements. Manage sample tracking, comments, and calendar related to all pre-production phases (Protos, FIT, SMS, PPs). Attend fitting session with customer when necessary Update Sample WIP reports weekly. Collaborate with the related departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree. Typing 50 words per minute. 2-3 years experiences in product development, will train; Experience in woman's junior's knitwear a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Dropbox. Excellent judgment and organizational ability. Strong proactive communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail. Solid interpersonal skills - able to and enjoy working cross-functionally and across multiple business units to achieve company goals. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced startup environment, detail oriented, a self-starter, and has strong work ethic.
