  • As a part of Walmart's eCommerce Product Organization, you'll be the voice of our customer.
By putting the customer at the forefront, we have the ability to help customers save both time and money no matter how they shop with us, and reach them in new, unexpected ways. As a Product Manager for Customer Order and Fulfillment Order Management Systems, you will own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of platforms that power the end-to-end post-purchase customer experience. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, supply chain, fulfillment operations, and enterprise commerce systems, ensuring that every order journey— from order capture through fulfillment, delivery, returns, cancellations, resourcing, and exception handling — is seamless, reliable, and scalable. The platforms you build and enhance will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth by minimizing friction in the post
  • purchase experience.
The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with deep systems thinking and operational understanding of distributed commerce, omnichannel fulfillment, and order orchestration ecosystems. You will work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, stores, fulfillment centers, customer support, and business stakeholders to define capabilities that improve resiliency, optimize fulfillment outcomes, and create transparent customer experiences during both standard and exception flows.
  • Your responsibilities:
  • + Develops and champions a world class product vision and strategy for a product team managing multiple products.
+ Drive product capabilities and roadmap with very minimal supervision and guidance + Drives the execution of multiple projects in an Agile Environment for Product Management including product requirements. + Ensures alignment of product vision, strategy, and status with the executive leadership team's priorities and vision as well as team's stakeholders, + Ensures business needs are being met + Partner very closely with High Performing Engineering teams to ensure we are building scalable software products that meets customer needs and on time with quality. + Be technically savvy to build and grow technical platforms and products as well as contribute to engineering conversations & priorities in a scrappy, ambiguous start-up environment + Be an advocate of metric/data-based decision making, Make impact on a global scale. + Promotes and supports mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Bachelor's degree with focus on Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 6+ years' experience in product management, business consulting, or related field + Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with an agile mindset + Proven ability to work with product stakeholders across multiple geographies to build comprehensive product strategies + Ability to quickly build relationships with key partners across the enterprise + Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to achieving objectives + Customer, End User, and Impact focused + Effective communicator to act as an advisor to senior leadership and + partners + Flexible and adaptive in ambiguous environments + Familiarity with modern AI product development tools, experimentation frameworks, prompt design, and data-driven personalization strategies.
