In this high-impact role, you will translate bold visions into innovative van accessories through industrial design, rapid prototyping, and overseas manufacturing support. You won't just manage daily project workflows; you'll lead the charge in bringing innovative van accessories to market, driving complex projects across the finish line with an uncompromising "get-it-done" spirit that ensures every launch is a win. We are looking for a powerhouse who thrives on technical delivery and driving complex projects to successful market launches. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Coordinate with leadership to execute the product strategy and maintain alignment with seasonal release cycles. Conduct thorough market research to identify customer pain points and seasonal opportunities. Manage the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring all development milestones are met for on-time delivery. Industrial Design & Development Execute hands-on design through sketching, CAD modeling (Solidworks/Fusion 360), and 3D rendering. Lead soft goods prototyping and hardware development to ensure functional excellence. Iterate on designs based on testing, user feedback, and manufacturability constraints. Project & Supply Chain Management Own the product lifecycle from initial tech pack creation to final production sign-off. Support overseas vendor relationships, ensuring quality control and adherence to production timelines. Drive cost engineering initiatives to optimize margins without compromising product integrity. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product launches and market alignment. Qualifications 5-7 years of professional experience in industrial design and project management. Specific expertise in the outdoor, automotive, or van conversion industries. Expert proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks or Fusion 360) and project management tools like Asana. Strong proficiency in technical project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Proven success managing overseas manufacturing and navigating global supply chains. Detail-oriented, able to manage many projects at once. Strong file and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Some travel and evening work might be required to support overseas operations. A valid passport without restrictions and willing to travel and A clean driving record. An interest and history with 3D printing and scanning desired.
