Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As the ServiceNow Product Manager, you will be accountable for defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and governance of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. You will help define and drive the platform roadmap, ensuring alignment between enterprise business objectives and technical delivery to maximize value and AI-driven automation. What Success Looks Like (Objectives) Define and execute a unified enterprise ServiceNow platform vision and roadmap that aligns technical delivery with business outcomes Translate complex business requirements into high-value, prioritized user stories and backlog items within an Agile framework Champion "out-of-the-box" ServiceNow features and industry best practices to minimize custom technical debt and protect platform integrity Accelerate enterprise adoption of core modules—including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and HRSD—while establishing robust platform governance Identify and implement hyper-automation opportunities and advanced AI features like Now Assist to drive continuous operational efficiency Establish and track rigorous platform health metrics, KPIs, and usage insights to continuously optimize value delivery for stakeholders
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring) Deep functional expertise in scaling and governing enterprise ServiceNow environments across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM domains Critical experiences owning platform roadmaps and leading product management lifecycle operations within complex, large-scale ecosystems Advanced proficiency in Agile and Scrum frameworks, with a proven ability to lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-functional teams AI application and literacy skills, including the ability to evaluate and integrate emerging tools like Now Assist and AIOps workflow automation Elite stakeholder management and communication capabilities to successfully synthesize high-level business strategies into executable technical requirements Strong strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills to protect platform integrity and champion out-of-the-box software capabilities
Minimum Requirements Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum Experience:
4 years of experience in a ServiceNow Product Owner, Product Manager, or platform leadership role
Required Technical Skills:
Must have at least 4 years of experience with: Core ServiceNow platform modules, specifically ITSM, ITOM, and SPM Agile/Scrum product management frameworks and execution tools like Jira Stakeholder alignment and translating business strategy into technical user stories Visa sponsorship not available for this role

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
