You'll be a partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, compliant, and customer-focused solutions. Assistant Vice President, Product Management:
Support new product design through research, data analysis, and market insights Manage products across the lifecycle, including launches and enhancements Serve as a subject matter expert on product design, features, and pricing Monitor market, regulatory, and competitive trends and recommend improvements Lead cross-functional initiatives with partners across actuarial, marketing, legal, compliance, IT, and operations Ensure accuracy and compliance of product materials and disclosures Partner with marketing on sales tools and product content Manage external platform relationships and ensure product data accuracy Support state filings and track approvals and variations Communicate priorities, timelines, and risks to stakeholders Lead and develop team members, fostering a strong, collaborative environment What's in it for you Competitive pay: Fair compensation for your hard work.Healthcare coverage:

What sets you up for success A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10 years of experience in annuity product management or related functions (actuarial, sales, or operations) 7 years of expertise in annuity product concepts, regulatory requirements, and annuity landscape Track record of managing multiple complex initiatives at once, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-moving environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations Clear and effective communicator, with experience presenting to senior leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders Proven ability to collaborate across functions (e.g., legal, compliance, finance, distribution) Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite Proficiency with annuity third party aggregatorsCompensation:
