Lockheed Martin is seeking a dynamic Product Development Lead (PDL) to support the development of an advanced Phased Array Payload for a commercial program. This position is a leadership role within LM Space and will be a Manager/Leader coded position supporting the Exploration, Weather, and Commercial (EWC) Mission Segment within the Commercial Civil Space (CCS) line of business. In this role the PDL will incorporate the new technology development of Active Electronically Steerable Array (AESA) Payloads being developed under Internal Research and Development (IRAD) funding for use in a 15-year GEO mission. This role will drive the project execution for the development and testing of the overall payload system, including subassemblies of the advanced Phased Array Payload.Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in satellite or product development programs. Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills with the ability to organize and motivate individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience in the pursuit of common objectives Proven experience on an Integrated Product Team Experience as a CAM or with earned value management principles Experience with risk and opportunity management Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope Self-Starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask Ability to develop, maintain, and reporting of Integrated Master schedules (IMS) Skilled at leading engineering teams to achieve goals on time and on budget Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical or 8+ years of applicable related experience. US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearanceDesired Skills:
Ability to influence cross functional teams, resolve conflicts, and present technical information clearly to both technical and non technical audiences. Demonstrated successful delivery of subsystem(s) or products on schedule and within cost. The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
