Values Curious & Creative Hungry for Food & Results Entrepreneurial Forward Thinking & Flexible Supportive (Of Peers & Chefs) Position Summary The Senior Product Manager is responsible for building and scaling tools that transform how we service our customers and internal stakeholders. This role is equally focused on leading the people who will own, operate, and evolve those tools over time. The ideal candidate will combine strong product thinking with a deep understanding of business workflows, ensuring that solutions are not only technically sound, but meaningfully adopted and embedded into day-to-day operations. They can design a great product and build the team structure, habits, and culture needed to make it last. What You'll Do Build for
Sales Impact:
Partner with sales leadership and field teams to identify friction points and design tools that drive revenue and improve rep efficiency. Own the
Product Lifecycle:
Lead end-to-end development from problem identification → solution design → prototyping → deployment → iteration, creating lightweight structures that support speed and clarity without unnecessary process.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Operations, IT, and Management to align on priorities, validate use cases, and ensure solutions address real business needs.
Develop Scalable Data Foundations:
Partner with data teams to improve the accessibility, reliability, and scalability of data infrastructure, reducing reliance on workarounds and one-off fixes.
Enable Rapid Experimentation:
Establish an ecosystem that supports fast prototyping and iteration while maintaining alignment across teams and avoiding fragmentation.
Ensure Meaningful Adoption:
Design rollout strategies, training, and communication plans that go beyond launch, ensuring end users feel supported through every change
Shift Ownership Toward End Users:
Evolve how the digital team works so each member has a direct, ongoing relationship with the end users they support - moving away from a build-and-hand-off model toward one where the team actively co-owns outcomes with sales reps, customers, and operators. About You 4 - 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Strategy/Management, or a related role. Strong understanding of business workflows, ideally in sales, operations, or marketplace environments. Experience managing or mentoring direct reports, with a clear instinct for developing people. Comfortable leading teams through change Experience building products for end users with high adoption expectations - sales teams, field operators, or customer-facing teams preferred. Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured, actionable plans - for both product and people. Excellent communicator who can simplify complexity for a wide range of audiences.
