Full Job Description Responsibilities:
The Associate Product Manager supports the execution of commercial strategy for assigned pharmaceutical products, with a primary focus on managing relationships with external advertising agencies. This role helps ensure consistent, compliant, and effective promotional materials and campaigns. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the advertising agency, managing timelines, deliverables, and feedback Coordinate development of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and regulatory requirements Review and route marketing assets through internal medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes Support campaign execution across channels (digital, print, sales materials) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, regulatory, sales) to gather input and maintain message consistency Track project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics Assist in analyzing campaign effectiveness and gathering market insights
Requirements:
Experience working with advertising or creative agencies Familiarity with pharmaceutical promotional review processes (MLR) Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree required (marketing, life sciences, or related field preferred) 2 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare marketing, or agency account management Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
