This effort supports the rapid design, deployment, operation, and sustainment of enterprise-scale AI, data, and mission platform capabilities across cloud, edge, and classified operational environment. This role supports capability prioritization, roadmap management, Agile coordination, and operational delivery alignment for the AI platform. You will act as the voice of the customer to maximize mission value. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead capability prioritization and manage the product roadmap for the AI platform. Practice Agile product management using the Agile Manifesto to guide team execution. Drive User Centric Design principles, requirements decomposition, and breaking down Epics into Stories/Tasks. Coordinate cross-functional teams and align operational delivery with mission prioritization. Plan and execute user adoption strategies to maximize the value of new AI capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology Management, or a related field. 5 or more years of experience in product management, product ownership, or requirements analysis. Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and principles (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs and define acceptance criteria. Experience working directly with end-users and technical teams to translate mission requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing AI platforms, LLM-based products, or enterprise software delivery. Prior experience with Defense modernization initiatives. Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or related Agile credentials (SAFe certifications are NOT desired).
Clearance Requirements:
For onsite work, a TS/SCI clearance with Poly will be required.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
