Description As a Product Manager for a Federal IC Government team, you will own the complete product lifecycle and drive the strategic vision to enable enterprise capabilities for Government and its mission analysts. Specifically, you will manage teams working within and/or connecting to the client's classified data storage and engineering platform. You will define product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and guide a cross-functional team of 5-10 FTE including developers, designers, and analysts to deliver maximum value to users and stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful product delivery. You will regularly engage with Government leadership, end-user analysts, and technical teams to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and iterate on product features. Additionally, you will present product strategy and progress to executive stakeholders, onboard new tenants, and serve as the primary advocate for user needs throughout the development process. You must be able to manage work across multiple different environments. Success in this role requires balancing competing priorities, making data-driven decisions, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups to deliver a platform that truly serves mission-critical intelligence operations. This position requires 3-4 days a week in person/on site in NW Washington DC or Bethesda, MD after office move, VA. No other in person locations are available.
