Description:
The Group Product Manager is a people leader, who oversees a team of product managers and plays a pivotal role in driving innovation. They work closely with technical engineers, designers, data teams, executives and product users to perfect the core experience of the product user (patients, clinicians, administrative staff, or community consumers). Reduce friction and bring clarity to Product Managers on the team, and provide insight into the industry, competitors, and technical advancements. Estimated salary range for this position is $133831.04 - $173980.35 / year depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field. Master degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years' experience in a product management capacity at a technology driven organization. Previous experience managing product managers or business analysts. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Deeply user-centric and highly empathetic. Intuitive understanding of good user experiences. Technical expertise and ability to understand data, integrations, and platforms. Quick learner, committed to collaboration and able to work with well with other business units and executives. Co-owns the strategy and roadmap, and leads execution and delivery against key metrics for all Epic-supported patient digital experiences, including: MyChart (mobile + web) Epic Bedside Epic Campaigns Any emerging Epic patient-facing modules Build and lead Baptist's consumer digital ecosystem that complements and extends Epic capabilities. 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or group product role. Strong familiarity with EHR/Epic MyChart or healthcare digital ecosystems. (required exp) Experience building mobile apps or digital platforms beyond Epic. (required exp) Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without authority. Strong understanding of patient experience, digital consumer behaviors, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Healthcare system experience.
