Salary:

Job Details We are seeking a finance-oriented Product Manager / Product Owner to help lead and scale a next-generation financial platform focused on integrations, KPI frameworks, performance metrics, and AI-enabled financial workflows. What You'll Do Product Ownership & Roadmap Own key areas of the product roadmap related to finance workflows, integrations, KPI frameworks, and reporting Define and prioritize product initiatives aligned to business and client needs Translate business, operational, and financial requirements into clear product specifications and user stories Drive execution through Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, testing, and releases Financial & Operational Product Strategy Apply strong understanding of: FP&A workflows Cash flow visibility Financial metrics and KPI frameworks Operational reporting and analytics Ensure products and outputs align with: Real business needs Scalability Commercial impact Data accuracy and usability Integrations & Data Partner closely with engineering and data teams to: Support ERP, banking, and third-party integrations Improve financial data flows and reporting structures Help shape scalable API and integration strategies Support modernization and automation initiatives AI & Emerging Technologies Support development of AI-enabled financial features and automation tools Evaluate practical AI applications that improve forecasting, reporting, and operational workflows Bring a commercially focused approach to AI product development Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as the bridge between finance, product, engineering, and business stakeholders Gather requirements and feedback from users and leadership teams Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption and execution Continuous Improvement Use product data, user feedback, and market insights to improve workflows and product functionality Help establish scalable product processes and frameworks as the platform continues to grow What We're Looking For Required Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar product-focused role Strong exposure to finance, FP&A, fintech, analytics, consulting, or operational finance environments Experience working closely with software engineering and technical teams Strong understanding of financial metrics, reporting workflows, and KPI frameworks Experience supporting integrations, APIs, or financial systems connectivity initiatives Experience participating in digital transformation or product modernization initiatives Strong Agile/Scrum experience Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality Preferred Experience within fintech, financial platforms, SaaS, analytics, or consulting environments Exposure to AI-enabled products or automation tools Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Intacct, etc. Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau Experience helping scale products, product organizations, or product functions within high-growth environments Interested in hearing more?
