This role will lead formulation development, scale-up activities, process validation, stability testing, and technical transfer to manufacturing while serving as a subject matter expert for product development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new formulations and optimize existing products Lead pilot, qualification, and scale-up batches for commercial production Conduct formulation, stability, and process performance testing Author and review technical documents, protocols, reports, and manufacturing records Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, and Client Services on new product initiatives Investigate formulation and manufacturing challenges and implement solutions Evaluate new ingredients, technologies, and product concepts Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior scientists and technicians
