Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator and motivator who can independently lead project teams to develop and implement strategic upstream and downstream marketing initiatives for our portfolio of Placental Tissue products in the Advanced Wound Care market segment. This individual must have extensive commercial experience in sales and/or marketing, thrive in a fast-past environment and be able to track multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities simultaneously. This position reports to the Vice President, Marketing.
Primary responsibilities are:
  • Lead implementation of all strategic marketing initiatives for the Advanced Wound Care portfolio of products
  • Establish a highly differentiated portfolio of products with brands that contain clear brand identity/presence, positioning and value propositions
  • Develop and implement creative & impactful marketing campaigns for all brands in the portfolio that engage customers and differentiate from competitive products in the target market
  • Work collaboratively with R D to develop needed clinical data and evidence for the portfolio to support successful market penetration and share gain
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership to develop aligned GTM tactics and promotional campaigns
  • Lead execution of all product development, market research and pricing tactics
  • Develop and implement innovative ways to connect with target audiences (social media, etc.) & increase brand awareness and reach across multiple platforms
  • Direct analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer testing of both current of future commercialization tactics
  • Attend conferences, meetings, conventions, in order to stay current on market trends and new research
  • Create and adhere to marketing budgets
Qualifications:
    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or scientific discipline; MBA preferred
      Experience:
      4-7 years of experience in marketing and/or sales; 7+ years of experience for Senior title
      • 3-5 years of portfolio brand management that included annual business planning development
      • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
      • Extensive experience/knowledge in marketing products to Surgeons for use in the OR
      • Experience/knowledge with CTPs and/or skin substitute wound care technologies utilized to treat acute/complex wounds in the OR
      • Experience in new product development (market research, business case development, etc.)
      • Personally responsible for launching 3-5 products during his/her career
      • Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills
      • Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
      • A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
      • Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
