Job Description

Overview:
This role owns measurement, testing, and optimization of digital products (web & mobile). You'll use data to improve performance, drive conversion, and guide product decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze digital product performance and ensure KPIs are met Run A/B tests and optimization strategies to improve UX and conversion Define KPIs and measurement plans for new features Partner with product, marketing, CRM, and analytics teams Turn data insights into actionable product improvements Manage tools like FullStory, Quantum Metrics, and testing platforms
Qualifications:
5-7 years in digital product analytics or similar Strong experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools Background in digital marketing, eCommerce, or product analytics Experience with clickstream data and user behavior analysis Familiar with tools like Optimizely, Adobe Target, CMS, Jira Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
