4-7 years Overview We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for a portfolio of innovative medical products within the advanced wound care space. This role will partner cross-functionally with sales, R D, and leadership to drive product positioning, market adoption, and commercial growth. Key Responsibilities Lead development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across a defined product portfolio Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate in the market Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns targeting clinical and commercial audiences Partner with Sales to align go-to-market strategies, promotions, and customer engagement efforts Collaborate with R D to support clinical data generation and product innovation initiatives Drive market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies Support product lifecycle management, including new product launches Utilize data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize outcomes Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred) 4-7 years of experience in marketing and/or sales within healthcare, medical device, or life sciences Experience supporting or leading product/brand initiatives Exposure to product launches and go-to-market strategy execution Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Willingness to travel (~20%) What Makes This Role Compelling High-impact role with ownership over key product initiatives Direct exposure to leadership and cross-functional decision-making Opportunity to influence product growth and market expansion Fast-paced environment with strong visibility into commercial strategy Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
