Product Manager

Job Summary:

Tactiot is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of digital products and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with software engineers, designers, cloud specialists, and business stakeholders to build scalable products that support digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Define product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with business goals. Gather and analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor insights. Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, cloud, ERP/CRM, and digital marketing teams to deliver high-quality products. Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement. Prioritize product features, enhancements, and technical requirements. Coordinate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely sprint delivery. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and KPIs to improve user experience. Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and business growth. Support integration of cloud services, web/mobile applications, and enterprise solutions. Prepare product documentation, user stories, and release plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Solutions, or Digital Products. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes. Experience with SaaS products, ERP/CRM systems, cloud platforms, or mobile/web applications is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced technology environment.

Pay:

$75,400.00 - $92,000.00 per year
