Optomi, in partnership with a leading global entertainment company, is looking for a Product Manager to join their team. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and hands-on leader driving the delivery of enterprise HR systems and integrations that support This entertainment company's global workforce. The Product Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across ERP platforms, including SAP S/4 HR and Workday, to enhance employee experiences, streamline HR operations, and enable data-driven decision-making for leaders worldwide. This position is critical in ensuring this company's HR platforms and integrations effectively support their people, protect data integrity, and enable world-class employee and leader experiences. What type of experience does the right candidate have: 7+ years of experience in ERP systems, including SAP S/4 HR and Workday. Strong foundation in HR technology and processes, including HCM, payroll, and reporting. Demonstrated experience as a subject matter expert and lead in technology-driven environments. What the responsibilities are of the right candidate: Serve as the integration subject matter expert on enterprise HR technology projects. Lead small to medium-scale HR technology initiatives from discovery through post-implementation Hypercare. Partner with business stakeholders, DevOps, and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable solutions. Analyze HR system enhancement requests and lead test efforts for system enhancements. Collaborate across HR, technology, and business teams to build strong partnerships and ensure shared understanding of priorities.
