Description:
The Product Manager will support the delivery and execution of a defined product roadmap by partnering with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders across a matrixed organization. This role focuses on product discovery, roadmap management, and agile delivery to achieve agreed upon outcomes aligned with broader organizational strategy.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery to gather requirements and inform product priorities.
- Manage and maintain the product roadmap, including documentation, communication, and updates.
- Provide direction and prioritization support to engineering teams to enable effective agile delivery.
- Coordinate end to end delivery of roadmap initiatives, including identification and communication of risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure product strategy and deliverables align with enterprise and organizational objectives.
- Apply industry and market knowledge to support customer interactions and roadmap decisions.
- Support customer engagement efforts and ongoing product adoption.
- Communicate product outcomes and customer successes to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Product Management.
- Technical background enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed customer discussions. Experience measuring and reporting on product performance using data and metrics.
- Experience working within modern software engineering environments and across the software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and non technical teams.
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience delivering products, solutions, or services in an agile development environment.
- College Degree preferrable but not required Domain knowledge in:
- Application Security
- Vulnerability Management
- Data Analytics
- AI/Agentic Security Deliverables /
