Job Description

Position:
Product Manager Location:
Alpharetta, GA Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key business partners and subject matter experts to translate business opportunities into strategic product requirements and execution plans.
Manage the product development lifecycle:
define problems in discovery, draft detailed requirements (user stories), plan development sprints, develop UAT plans, and oversee continuous releases.
Drive stakeholder management:
communicate progress and findings to program leaders and partners via product/status updates and demos (Jira, Clarity PPM). Lead cross functional teams to ensure roadmap execution. Identify and monitor success metrics to manage product lines with a focus on client and business value creation. Work closely with engineering, operations, and marketing in support of the product. What You Will Need to
Have:
Bachelor's degree in information science, engineering, business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in product management or management consulting. 5+ years as a Product Manager with direct product ownership in Agile environments; experience working with engineering teams. 2 5 years of experience in the Payments Industry. Excellent problem solving, analytical, and influencing skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships. Detail oriented with superior organizational skills to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and requests. Strong communication skills with management, technical, and non technical colleagues, and clients. What Would Be Great to
Have:
Knowledge and experience in prepaid open loop card product management. Experience supporting web and mobile banking solutions and other digital products. Background in the Financial Services Industry.
