GAk6w3Q4oa) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product management or software development. Job Summary Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs. Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive product decisions that deliver value. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Develops a deep understanding of customer and associate needs to inform product decisions. Translates business goals and user needs into product strategy,municating direction and priorities to stakeholders. Establishes and monitors key metrics to assess product value, continuously refining the roadmap based on insights. Conducts end-user research andpetitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide product development. Aligns product initiatives withpany priorities and stakeholder expectations to drive business values. Creates, prioritizes, and manages epic-level stories, integrating user research and testing to refine assumptions and hypotheses. Collaborates with engineering, user experience, and other teams to resolve obstacles optimize product performance, and translateplex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders. Represents the end user by advocating for their needs and ensuring an exceptional product experience. Nature and Scope Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/iplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in moreplex research/data. Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual,plex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process. May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel. Work Environment Located in afortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in afortable position and t is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions t may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
