We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to support enterprise IT and digital transformation initiatives within a large-scale environment. This role will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, managing product backlogs, supporting system integrations, and driving technical solution delivery.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units, leadership, developers, architects, and vendors to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Lead discovery sessions, create user stories, technical documentation, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Support enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, cloud solutions, and data-driven initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate project updates, risk tracking, stakeholder communication, and process improvements
- Assist with vendor management and build-vs-buy solution evaluations
Required Skills/Education:
- 4+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Technical Program Management, or Business Analysis
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise IT environments
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, Azure/AWS cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
- Familiarity with GIS, data platforms, ServiceNow, or transportation technology is a plus
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Government or regulated industry experience preferred
