- The Impact You'll Make As our Senior Portfolio Manager, you will turn strategy into momentum—shaping a leading Medium Power portfolio that wins in the market, scales globally, and delivers tangible customer value. Your impact comes from making well‑grounded portfolio choices, enabling sales with clarity and focus, and ensuring strong execution across markets and applications.
- What You'll Be Doing
- + Own and evolve the global product strategy for assigned Medium Power product lines, translating BU direction into robust roadmaps and business cases that stand up to scrutiny + Lead new product development initiatives end‑to‑end, from framing customer problems and defining solution concepts to setting clear requirements, guiding cross‑functional execution, and ensuring successful market introduction + Steer the portfolio across its full lifecycle, making deliberate, data‑backed choices on pricing, options mix, and end‑of‑life to protect profitability and long‑term competitiveness + Serve as a senior partner to regional sales and business development, enabling growth through well‑prepared launches, portfolio clarity, application guidance, and targeted regional initiatives •What We're Looking For•+ 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, or commercial/technical roles, with responsibility for complex, multi‑product portfolios or projects + A degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent technical experience + Strong background in mobile hydraulics, hydrostatics, off‑highway, or related industrial technologies, with the ability to engage credibly at product, system, and application level + Proven ability to lead new product development and portfolio execution, translating market, customer, and competitive insights into clear requirements and commercially successful products + Strong commercial, business, and analytical skills, with confidence making fact‑based trade‑offs across pricing, portfolio mix, and lifecycle decisions + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including fluent English and the ability to work effectively across cultures and global, cross‑functional teams + Ability to travel up to 20% •What You'll Get from Us•1.
