Job Description:
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new product development initiatives within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overall project leadership, including project planning, financial management, customer engagement, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities Lead and manage new product development projects from initiation through completion. Oversee project financials, timelines, resource allocation, and overall project performance. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales, management, and project teams. Evaluate new business opportunities and conduct project cost analyses. Ensure effective communication and strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and drive timely resolution of risks and issues. Support compliance with FDA, DEA, EPA, cGMP, and company safety requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience managing new product development projects and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of project financials, business planning, and cost analysis. Experience with direct customer interaction and relationship management. Knowledge of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical development processes.
