This role blends business development with strategic positioning to propel the company's offerings among top retailers and suppliers. You'll craft a robust go-to-market strategy aimed at broadening the brand's reach across key accounts in North America, fostering relationships at senior levels. Key responsibilities include designing long-term product development and sales strategies, spearheading demand generation, and leading promotional activities. Your efforts will involve coordinating field promotions, managing key grower, distributor, and retailer relationships, and precisely planning product placement. You'll also play a crucial role in sales forecasting, evaluating the product pipeline, and attaining revenue targets. Collaborative cross-functional efforts with R D, marketing, finance, and customer support teams will enhance product value propositions and ensure supply reliability. Leverage your agro-vegetables sector experience and agricultural education to drive growth and influence our market share.
