Job Description

Position Summary The Technical Product & Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, execution, and lifecycle management of technical products and operational programs across the organization. This role bridges engineering, operations, manufacturing, procurement, software, and customer requirements to ensure successful product delivery, production scalability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong organizational leadership and cross-functional program management capabilities. Key Responsibilities Product Management Manage product lifecycle from concept through deployment Coordinate product requirements across engineering, operations, and leadership Maintain product roadmaps and release schedules Support standardization and product scalability initiatives Assist with product configuration management and revisions Drive continuous improvement efforts across product platforms Program Management Lead cross-functional operational and technical programs Coordinate timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies Monitor production schedules and program execution Identify risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies Ensure alignment between manufacturing, procurement, and deployment teams Track KPIs, schedules, budgets, and operational performance Technical Coordination Work directly with engineering, assembly, fabrication, and software teams Support technical troubleshooting and issue resolution Coordinate hardware, software, and infrastructure integration efforts Assist with vendor and component evaluations Maintain documentation, specifications, and implementation standards Operations & Manufacturing Support Improve manufacturing workflows and production efficiency Coordinate procurement planning and long lead-time components Assist with inventory and supply chain planning Support quality control and failure documentation processes Help standardize assembly procedures and field deployment processes Customer & Stakeholder Management Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners Support customer deployment coordination Communicate project status and timelines Manage expectations regarding deliverables and schedules Coordinate implementation planning and escalation management
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
