Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) to support our Item Enablement Product Information (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities. The Associate Product Manager will help support day-to-day execution, requirements definition, and delivery activities for item enablement solutions, including Stibo-based tools and proprietary tools used by merchants, suppliers and master data business teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements discovery by partnering with merchandising, inventory, data, technology teams and external partners
  • Translate feature into user stories and acceptance criteria focused on outcomes
  • User stories scope and priority decisions to keep teams focused on the highest‑value work
  • Drive prioritization and delivery of enhancements across proprietary internal applications and third‑party platforms
  • Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment to business objectives and outcomes
  • Manage product and user testing, validation, and business readiness activities
  • Anticipate downstream impacts across vendor, inventory, erp, digital and other interconnected systems
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and unintended consequences prior to release and escalate as needed
  • Operate effectively in an ambiguous, evolving operating model with multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • Serve as a day to day liaison between business users and technology teams
  • Participate in future planning with product team leading the NextGen platform.

As needed, define and run ideation feature to understand as is design to bring clarity to what the true business problem is.   • 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related role
  • Prior experience in the retail industry, preferably supporting merchandising, omni channel, inventory or store operations
  • Experience with retail or merchandising platforms such as Stibo, SAP (item management and master data), Syndigo, Salisfy, etc OR another PIM system
  • Experience managing internal, technical‑facing products or platforms
  • Proficiency with Agile and product delivery tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA
  • Demonstrated success working across multiple teams, including business partners, technology teams, and external vendors
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn complex business domains
  • Proven ability to proactively engage, influence, and align a diverse set of stakeholders Strong problem‑solving mindset with a willingness to dive into details to move work forward Direct experience with product information management (PIM) and master data management (MDM)
