$64•74 per hour Are you a master of transforming complex strategies into highly scalable, world-class operational frameworks? We are looking for a visionary Product Manager to bridge the gap between high-level vision and flawless cross-functional execution for a premier global biopharmaceutical leader! This is your opportunity to build repeatable systems and drive meaningful innovation across enterprise teams in a high-impact role. This is a contract role through the end of 2026 with potential to extend. This role requires Tuesday-Thursday onsite in Mettawa, IL with Mondays and Fridays remote.

Responsibilities:

Convert strategy into executable workflows and frameworks. Design reusable templates, documentation, and operating models. Define business and operational requirements. Enable cross-functional orchestration (Commercial, Medical, Access, Ops). Build governance structures and support change adoption. Leverage digital tools and AI to accelerate execution.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in product management. Structured thinker who simplifies complexity. Builder of scalable, repeatable systems. Strong communicator translating ideas into action. Execution-focused collaborator across teams. Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare space preferred.
