About the Role We are seeking a Technical Product Manager, Cloud Platformto lead cloud architecture and platform strategy forLG Commercial Displays (B2B only), focused on the

Pro:

CentricPlatform. This role owns scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud services while identifyingnew service and revenue opportunitiesacross LG's footprint. Experience withmonetization services(upsell, loyalty/micro-spend, transactions) is a plus. You will work withLG HQ, Lincolnshire engineering, and partners to build a future-proof, cloud-native platform across industries including hospitality, cruise, fitness, retail, and more.

Key Responsibilities Architecture:

Define cloud roadmap; designscalable, multi-tenant, global systems.

Platform:

Build SaaS capabilities (APIs, provisioning, device/app management); enable monetization services.

Cloud Strategy:

Drivebuild vs. buy vs. partnerdecisions across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Security & Data:

Ensure security, compliance, and scalable data pipelines.

Partnerships:

Buildstrategic & technical partnershipsacross cloud and service ecosystem.

Execution:

Own delivery lifecycle; align closely with engineering.

Performance:

Optimizereliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Team Mindset:

Thrive insmall teamswhile building forglobal scale; strong collaborator.

AI/ML:

Apply AI/MLpragmatically for business impact, not experimentation. Required Qualifications 8+ years in product withcloud/platform architecture focus. Experience withcloud-native systemsandSaaS/multi-tenant platforms. Hands-on withAWS/Azure/GCP. StrongAPI-first mindset(REST, GraphQL, event-driven). Familiarity withMCP or similar integration frameworks. Proven ability to makebusiness-driven technical decisions. Experience buildingstrategic/technical partnerships. Strong communication across technical and executive audiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience withCTV, hospitality, or enterprise display platforms. Knowledge ofCDNs, streaming/video, or IoT/device platforms. Familiarity withmonetization services/integrations. Experience withsecurity and compliance frameworkssuch as

ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR

(or similar). Recruiting Range $100,000 -$133,000
