Job SummaryDesigns, develops and manages the lifecycle of a product or group of products from concept to launch to end of life. Translates market opportunities and customer demand into viable products and services that differentiate Equinix in the market. Sets the vision and strategy for their product ensuring it is competitively positioned and customer-centric. Manages the product roadmap including features, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. Works cross functionally with user experience, engineering, operations, solution architects, marketing and others to design, build and launch new products and/or product features.
ResponsibilitiesProduct Lifecycle ManagementManages the lifecycle of a product domain and/or group of products from concept to launch to end of life; sets the vision and strategy for a product line, ensuring it is competitively positioned and customer-centricProduct Strategy, Vision and RoadmapEstablishes the vision and roadmap for a group of products and/or product domain; evangelizes the roadmap with internal stakeholders and customersMarket, Competitive and Customer AnalysisDetermines and implements approaches to challenging the competition; drives executive alignment to deliver on the strategyBusiness Case DevelopmentCreates and collaborates on financial business models, conducts compelling business opportunity reviews with the executive leadership teamProduct PerformanceUses tools and data analytics products to draw insights from usage and inform product improvementsCross Functional CollaborationEffectively maintains and utilizes relationships with key stakeholders throughout the companyEnsures alignment in cross-functional prioritiesNew Partner Identification and EngagementIdentifies, vets and selects partners to incubate new ideas and enhance existing product domains or groups of productsBacklog PrioritizationCreates and prioritizes backlogs, working regularly with the team to refine and add detail where neededCollaborates closely with technology teams to provide clear direction on Agile product backlog, epic and user story requirements, and feature deliveryStakeholder ManagementManages stakeholder expectations within and/or across functionsMay work with governance boards or steering committeesIdentifies and proactively includes correct stakeholders and communications effectivelyUnderstands stakeholder needs and builds effective relationshipsUtilizes effective methods of communication with stakeholders, varying approach accordinglyQualifications15+ years experience preferredBachelor's degree preferred The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

- 293,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.
