As Chief Payment Product Manager at Samlink you will be responsible for managing the payments product portfolio and development roadmap to drive overall business objectives. This role involves articulating a compelling vision for the payment portfolio, providing trusted guidance to our customers, and ensuring alignment with evolving market requirements. Working closely with a team of payment product managers, you will strive to meet Samlink's strategic goals and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
As the Lead/Chief Payment Product Manager, the role involves defining and driving the vision for the payment product portfolio to support and accelerate business growth. Developing and implementing a robust payments product strategy that aligns with client needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements is essential. You will be responsible for planning and executing the payments roadmap to ensure the timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations. Collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders to define development requirements and priorities is key. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding and addressing their business needs and technical requirements is crucial. Understanding the evolving technology landscape, industry trends, regulatory changes, and competition is necessary.

Who You AreWho You Are You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. Required Technical and Professional Experience5+ years of experience in the Finnish payments landscape, preferably in a bank.

Proven track record of developing software products in the banking industry.

Strong understanding of product management and software development methodologies.

Understanding the evolving technology landscape, industry trends, regulatory changes, and competition is necessaryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust both internally and with clients.

Strong analytical and strategic skills with a hands-on attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Finnish and good communication skills in English.

Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceMaster's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
