Senior Product Manager, Growth
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team in Capital One Shopping. If you have a remarkable ability to use data to tell a story, form a hypothesis and define metrics to identify the success of product initiatives
About the Team In Capital One Shopping, we're seeking Product Managers with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. Show us how you've used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation. Capital One Product FrameworkIn this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:
Human Centered
Identify, prioritize, and launch innovative, merchant focused products that drive revenue and customer valueOwn day to day operations of product, including identifying bugs or leverage opportunities via comprehensive understanding of dataOwn day to day setting and monitoring of KPIs (requires strong SQL/data analysis skills)Use SQL to build a data-back strategy, identify insights, and troubleshoot issuesLead multiple teams of software and data engineers to design and deliver site features for all visitorsPartner closely with the SEO team to translate high-level search strategies into scalable product features and automated page enhancementsWrite detailed PRDs and define technical requirements that give engineering the clarity they need to build robust, high-performance systems (SSR, Schema, etc.)Collaborate with designers to launch programmatic page templates that prioritize user outcomes and intuitive design at scale.
Define the end-to-end vision and lead the roadmap and backlog for the site, ensuring every project stacks toward long-term growth.
Understand the enterprise data requirements and ensure the system's compliance with enterprise patternsRelentlessly push to understand user and stakeholder needs and ensure they are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussionsCreate a vision and roadmap for your product that fuels overall visitor experience & growthPartner with analysts, data scientists, designers, engineers, and others to continuously refine the roadmap and harvest insights from experiments and product launchesBuild and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders that depend on the capabilities and performance of our platformDefine, socialize, and monitor key performance indicators to understand the evolution and success of the project

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

Basic Qualifications:
