Summary Seeking a Technical Product Owner with functional understanding of marketing communication fulfillment platforms. This role supports capability execution, day-to-day platform operations, requirements gathering for IT development, user support, license management, onboarding/training, and ownership of product capabilities. The PO partners closely with a Senior Product Manager driving the overall modernization roadmap. Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations for platform capabilities.
- Gather and document requirements for IT development teams (business rules, routing logic, workflow needs).
- Map current-state and future-state workflows across messaging fulfillment systems.
- Assist with roadmap execution for fulfillment and audit capabilities.
- Provide end-user support, onboarding, training, and license management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Tech, and Regulatory partners to refine requirements and prioritize work.
- Support development of documentation, governance standards, and process materials.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Contribute to modernization efforts involving SmartCOMM, OpenText, and future-state orchestration platforms. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in product ownership, business analysis, MarTech, or related technical/operational roles.
- Functional understanding of communication fulfillment or document composition platforms (i.e. SmartCOMM, OpenText).
- Experience documenting workflows and translating business rules into technical requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile practices, backlog management, and iterative delivery. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, insurance, financial).
- Familiarity with omnichannel fulfillment workflows (print, email, fax, digital).
- Exposure to modernization or platform transition initiatives.
- Interest in automation, audit tracking, or real-time orchestration technologies.
