What You'll Do As Vice President of Product Development & Innovation, you will: Define and execute product strategy aligned with market trends, customer needs, and company growth objectives Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to launch and lifecycle management Drive innovation by partnering with customers, industry experts, and cross-functional teams Champion the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to ensure solutions deliver real value Build and lead a high-performing R D team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability Set KPIs and measure success, ensuring strong execution and continuous improvement Collaborate across the business, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and external partners What You Bring 15+ years of progressive experience in product development 10+ years leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation Proven success launching products and scaling product portfolios Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels Experience in global product development environments preferred Why Logistick?
