YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting Product Manager II opportunity within our Product Management and Commercial Operations organization. In this highly impactful role, you will own complex product, production, and commercial initiatives while serving as a senior individual contributor and cross-functional leader. You will drive end-to-end execution across multipleplants, customers, or product categories, with increased autonomy, strategic accountability, and decision leadership.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list is not intended to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned. Lead complex boxing and production planning initiatives across multiple plants or highimpact customer segments. Proactively identify capacity constraints and optimization opportunities in partnership with Operations. Independently manage high-complexity new item setups and specification changes, coordinating PET approvals and execution readiness. Partner with Business Intelligence to develop and execute trim optimization and datadriven decision strategies. Own inventory and working capital optimization strategies, including aged and frozen inventory management. Serve as a senior partner to Sales and Pricing by providing analytical support and scenario modeling. Lead and facilitate optimization forums and cross-functional working sessions. Drive structured decision-making, accountability, and follow-through across Sales, Operations, and Scheduling.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Meat Science, Economics, or related field. 7+ years of experience in protein, product management, or related commercial operations roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and production or planning tools. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Preferred:
Experience supporting multi-plant operations. Experience partnering with Sales, Pricing, BI, and Operations functions. Comfort presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
