Product Manager - MCAP

The Product Manager will be responsible for RxBenefits MCAP product development. The ideal candidate will have significant PBM experience (3 + years) and experience in this complex space.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include:

+ Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization of vended products. + Use data-driven insights (customer feedback, usage metrics, competitive analysis) to inform product development efforts. + Manage internal and external stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across executive, business, vendor and technical teams. + Evaluate vendor options. Experience:

+ Bachelor's in business administration or similar field + Minimum 3 years of PBM experience + Knowledge of Manufacturer copay card programs + Curious, creative, and strategic thinker + Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills + Demonstrated ability to become a subject matter expert + Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $111 ,200 to $139 ,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
