Job Description
Akkodis is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of our patient?facing digital experiences-products that directly power access to care, provider utilization, and company growth. This is a highly visible, high?impact role where you'll own core patient journeys end to end. You'll set long?term vision while delivering meaningful results in the near term, partnering closely with engineering, design, data, clinical, and operations teams to solve complex problems at scale.
Pay Range:
$140,000-165,000/annually; + Benefits and additional compensation Responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy, and multi?quarter roadmap for provider directory and online scheduling experiences Lead deep discovery to understand patient, provider, and operational needs-especially within women's healthcare Design and optimize patient journeys for provider discovery, availability, and booking, with a focus on access, trust, and equity Translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities, requirements, and tradeoffs Drive alignment across engineering, design, clinical, operations, and executive stakeholders Ensure scheduling accuracy, data integrity, and system reliability at scale Define and own success metrics such as discovery?to?booking conversion, appointment lead time, and provider utilization Blend qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform decisions and measure impact Anticipate operational and technical constraints and proactively design scalable solutions Serve as a subject?matter expert on access and scheduling, influencing broader platform and growth initiatives Qualifications 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, high?traffic products Proven success building consumer?facing experiences involving search, discovery, scheduling, or marketplaces Strong cross?functional leadership skills-able to drive outcomes through influence, not authority Sound product judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity Experience partnering closely with engineering teams on systems with complex data and integrations Clear, confident communicator with executive presenceBonus:
