As a Senior Mechanical Engineer on our New Product Development (NPD) team, your ideas will move from concept to real-world solutions that optimize businesses worldwide. What You'll Do:

Lead design and development from concept to launch, shaping the future of industrial automation Take ownership of full-cycle projects: scope, timeline, and deliverables Design, build, and test innovative mechanical and electromechanical systems using advanced tools (SolidWorks preferred) Engineer and evaluate system performance through experiments and data-driven testing Build, qualify, and continually refine custom test equipment Collaborate across functions including R D, manufacturing and business development, drive brainstorming and design reviews Communicate progress, risks, and results across multidisciplinary teams

What You Bring:
