The Patriot Program Quality Lead (PQL) in Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS), will assist the Missile GEM-T product line at our Andover, MA location. Responsibilities include promoting and executing with a quality mindset, quality practices, knowledge sharing, creating customer partnerships, proactive review of program contract requirements, Continuous Improvement activities, and measurement of financial performance. You should have a strong quality mindset, proficient communication skills and the ability to lead teams and collaborate across multiple functions to aid the various programs as a member of the Integrated Product Team (IPT). You will proactively engage with the product line and work in partnership with Program Leadership, Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Operations and the Quality team. You will work to ensure the effective implementation of Quality and Mission Assurance requirements of the programs, and occasionally interface with U.S. Government Customers, Foreign Customers, and Suppliers. You will facilitate proactive engagement across our factories and suppliers that assist the Global Patriot portfolio, implement quality processes to reduce overall product lifecycle cost and risk.
