Job Description

AI Product Manager (Wealth Management) Duration -6-12 Months Location - Boston, MA /
Windsor, CT Key Qualifications:
Product Leadership:
8+ years in product management, including 4+ years in AI/ML products with ownership of full product lifecycle.
Delivery Track Record:
Proven experience shipping AI products to production with measurable adoption and outcomes.
Strategic Ownership:
Operated at lead/principal level , independently defining product strategy and roadmap.
Regulated Domain Experience:
Built products in financial/healthcare environments , handling compliance and legal processes.
Stakeholder Influence:
Ability to influence senior (VP+) stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong AI Expertise:
Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, model evaluation, and experimentation frameworks .
Technical & Data Fluency:
Comfortable with APIs, architecture, SQL, data pipelines, and AI tooling (Copilot, etc.) . Domain Expertise (Mandatory): Deep knowledge of retirement/wealth domain , including
ERISA, SECURE
2.0, participant behavior, and investment products.
