The Job:

As a Product Manager you'll be part of our Power Tools Accessories team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to: Become the product expert for Hole Saws & Portable Bandsaw Blade product lines. This includes full product line responsibility as well as the P&L. Maintain a strong awareness of trends in the industry and related industries to develop a deep understanding of the Industry, Distribution/Route to Market and the End User. Work with End-Users & Consumer Insights Teams to capture, assess and translate the Voice of the Consumer into actionable programs that meet End-User, Distributor/Retail Partner and SBD Organizational needs. Manage the complete product lifecycle process, alongside the North American based Product Engineering, Operations teams and Global Commercial teams from concept to delivery. Support Operations in the Domestic manufacturing facility in activities like but not limited to: solving problems, identifying future growth requirements & productivity targets all while striving for optimum Service Level. Responsible for development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for the profitable management of pricing and gross margins. Full ownership and preparation for customer meetings, line reviews, product trainings, etc. Assist in leading cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives, as well as, act as the point of contact for Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Quality, Engineering & Brand teams.

You also have:

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field required. 3+ years' experience of product management experience. Ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams

• must be able to present data and conclusions in an organized manner.

Experience working in a Manufacturing environment or closely with a Manufacturing Plant is a nice to have. Ability to travel up to 20% domestically.

• $90000 per year.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
