Compensation Range:
$30.00 - $32.00 per hour Are you ready to drive the end-to-end evolution of private-label children's apparel for a leading retail enterprise? This high-visibility strategic opportunity invites you to partner closely with merchandising leaders and global vendors to transform design visions into market-ready, trend-right products. If you are an expert at navigating production timelines and want to elevate a portfolio of household brands, this dynamic role offers the perfect platform for your career growth.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional merchants and management teams to execute creative visions, addressing product voids to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, trend-right apparel. Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle and Time & Action calendars to streamline production flow and mitigate supply chain delivery risks. Communicate highly technical styling, construction, and color-correction feedback to global agents and vendors to ensure strict adherence to established brand quality standards. Analyze domestic and international market trends, competitor offerings, and factory submits to optimize product value, garment construction, and design execution.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of professional product development experience specifically within the apparel industry.
Expertise:
Mastery of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Web PDM software alongside proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
Impact:
Proven track record of managing technical garment specifications, clothing construction, grading, and testing protocols to achieve consistent product fit.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Product Design, Merchandising, or a closely related creative field.
