Support packaging of provider capabilities into clear offerings, including contractable solutions where appropriate. Partner with the growth team to improve provider distribution, adoption, and reach of platform and service offerings across priority provider segments. Drive portfolio decisions across build, buy, partner, expand, or retire to keep the channel efficient, differentiated, and aligned to provider, enterprise, and market needs. Define and manage KPIs for adoption, utilization, partner performance, provider value, operational value, and overall portfolio performance.
