Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap (Discovery) Refine and evolve product strategy. Develop and own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact. Lead cross-functional discovery efforts and coach more junior PMs. Define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with company objectives and market needs. Knowledgeable of Privacy by Design (PbD) guidelines and processes; able to identify privacy risks and successfully complete discovery assessments. Main product point of contact for the voice of the customer with a deep understanding of customer intent as it relates to current scope. Product Development (Development) Ensure development aligns with product roadmap, business objectives, and customer needs. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups to remove and proactively address blockers and risk. Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Serve as the bridge between stakeholders (executives, marketing, sales, customer success, tech support, legal, etc.). Address scope changes, manage trade-offs, and communicate decisions effectively. Define and track key development KPIs (e.g., performance to commit, bug resolution rate, backlog burndown). Lead Go-to-Market readiness. Maintain an agile mindset to adapt to unexpected changes or market/customer needs. Work closely with release management and client-facing teams on launch planning efforts, ensuring all timelines are met and any delivery risks are communicated early. Ensure developmentPbD assessment is finalized and approved. Execution and Delivery (Launch) Strive for mastery of release planning efforts. Lead customer enablement and troubleshooting sessions. Work closely with product marketing to define value proposition messaging. Serve as an evolving subject matter expert. Performance Tracking and Optimization (Grow and Retire) Recommend data-driven enhancements. Define success metrics for product initiatives and monitor performance post-launch. Continuously iterate on the product to optimize user experience and achieve business objectives. Effectively manage product/product line P& L.
