In this role, you will support and evolve our Customer Suggestions platform—translating data into actionable, field-facing insights that integrate into the day-to-day workflows of the sales team. You will work closely with our Field Operations Team and cross-functional partners, including Data Analytics and Insights, Customer Engagement Marketing, Field and Brand to incorporate relevant inputs while helping shape how insights are structured, prioritized, and delivered. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and improving how data is used to drive action in the field.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Suggestions Development & Execution Support the evolution of the Customer Suggestions platform, including development of new suggestion types and refinement of existing logic Translate business needs into clear, actionable insights for the field Help ensure suggestions are simple, prioritized, and aligned to field workflows Maintain documentation and structure for suggestion logic and outputs Prioritization & Signal Management Support prioritization and ranking of Customer Suggestions to surface the most relevant insights Help balance volume, variety, and usefulness of suggestions across territories Identify low-value or redundant signals and recommend improvements Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with teams such as DAI, Omnichannel, Marketing, and Market Access to incorporate relevant data inputs Translate cross-functional ideas into practical, field-facing suggestions Ensure alignment while maintaining focus on field-facing execution Intake & Translation Support intake of new suggestion ideas and requests Translate business needs into structured, scalable logic Contribute to evaluating feasibility and prioritizing enhancements Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Monitor field engagement and feedback to assess usefulness and adoption of suggestions Gather and synthesize input from field teams (e.g., trainers, office hours, direct feedback) Support iteration of suggestion logic based on performance and business needs Testing & Validation Support testing and validation of new suggestion types and enhancements Analyze results and contribute to refining logic Analytics & Supporting Work (Customer Suggestions Focused) Conduct targeted analyses to support development and refinement of Customer Suggestions Evaluate potential new inputs, signals, and use cases Reporting & Data Support Support Tableau-based views that provide visibility into Customer Suggestions Perform QC checks and troubleshoot data issues impacting suggestions
TOOLS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel Ability to translate business needs into analytical logic and outputs Comfortable working with large datasets and resolving data inconsistencies Strong communication skills — able to clearly explain logic and findings

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field Relevant internship, co-op, academic project, or professional experience in analytics, reporting, business operations, sales operations, customer insights, or related areas preferred Experience working with data, reporting, or analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms Demonstrated ability to problem solve, learn new systems, and translate business needs into practical outputs Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and functions Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, commercial operations, customer engagement, or field analytics is a plus The annual base salary for this position ranges from $59,000 to $70,000. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual performance pay bonus. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, training, knowledge, and experience.
