The Marketing Technology Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the bank's marketing technology investments by owning the strategy, roadmap, governance, and performance of the MarTech ecosystem. This role ensures platforms are integrated, adopted, and optimized to drive measurable business outcomes while meeting regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements.

Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Own the end-to-end MarTech vision, roadmap and platforms, defining how platforms work together across data, orchestration, personalization, and content.
Evaluate new technologies and enhancements; build business cases and ROI models and establish KPIs and measurement frameworks tied to business outcomes.
Maximize utilization and adoption of existing MarTech investments and drive optimization of Adobe Target, Segment CDP, Snowflake, Salesforce & Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Partner with web and product teams to optimize end to end digital customer journeys across web, mobile, and owned digital channel, mapping and continuously refining customer journeys for key use cases.
Work with team to build and execute on a data driven conversion optimization program, leveraging experimentation and personalization tools.
Use Adobe Target to design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across digital experiences.
Develop hypotheses grounded in customer insights, data, and business objectives and apply learnings from experimentation to scale winning experiences across channels.
Leverage CDP, data, and content platforms to deliver relevant, personalized experiences across the customer lifecycle.
Activate audiences and insights from Segment CDP and Snowflake to identify opportunities, inform journey orchestration and prioritize targeting.
Partner with Content and Digital teams to enable scalable personalization through Adobe Experience Manager.
Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec to ensure regulatory compliance and proper data usage, access controls, and governance standards.
Requirements
Required Skills:

Strong governance mindset balanced with marketing agility.
Hands-on ownership experience with enterprise MarTech platforms, including Adobe Target, Segment (or similar CDP), Snowflake (or cloud data warehouse), Salesforce CRM and/or Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager.
Strong understanding of customer data, identity, consent, and personalization.
Proven ability to translate business strategy into technical execution.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
Proven experience optimizing digital customer journeys and funnels in complex, multi channel environments.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Marketing Technology discipline and a minimum of 7 years experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or marketing operations in regulated industries.
Preferred Experience:
Background in data analytics or marketing performance measurement and experience in Banking.
Martech certifications (Adobe, Salesforce, Segment, Snowflake).
