Only Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive the modernization of core services powering the organization's originations journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and untangling complex legacy systems, defining modernization strategies, and partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and product leadership to deliver scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned technical solutions. This role requires strong technical acumen, product thinking, roadmap ownership, dependency management expertise, and the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable outcomes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future-state architecture while ensuring incremental and measurable delivery of business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the cross-functional technical roadmap aligned with strategic business objectives. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Technical Leads to prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs. Drive technical roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery sequencing. Identify, track, and mitigate cross-team dependencies and delivery risks. Partner with engineering teams to refine and document technical requirements. Facilitate technical discussions involving architecture, system design, data flows, and service dependencies. Capture and communicate architectural decisions, technical constraints, and implementation trade-offs. Break down large initiatives into manageable sprint-sized deliverables with measurable business outcomes. Ensure scope discipline and focus on delivering minimum viable increments that provide immediate value. Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Translate business goals into technical requirements and technical complexities into business-friendly language. Support modernization initiatives involving legacy systems, service decomposition, and platform evolution. Work closely with leadership teams to define long-term modernization roadmaps and execution strategies. Promote transparency, proactive communication, and alignment across teams.

Experience supporting Architecture Modernization Programs. Familiarity with Greenfield Development Initiatives. Understanding of Containerization Technologies. Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure Platforms. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
